In the aeration tank of the wastewater biochemical system, there is a positive correlation between oxygenation efficiency and microbial growth. Provide dissolved oxygen in the oxygen generator based on the quantity, physiological characteristics, and substrate of aerobic bacteria. Quality characteristics and concentration should be considered comprehensively. This method can put activated sludge in a state of organic matter degradation. The experimental results indicate that the dissolved oxygen level in the aeration tank should be maintained within a concentration range of 3-4mg/L. Poor performance of sludge can lead to a decrease in sewage treatment efficiency. To ensure sufficient oxygen supply, it is necessary to rely on a device called microporous aeration device. The aeration stirring method is exactly like this. The specific practice is as follows: reduce the size of bubbles, increase the number of bubbles, improve the degree of liquid turbulence, increase the depth of the aeration device, and extend the contact time between bubbles and liquid. Based on this practice, aeration devices have been widely used in sewage treatment, so we will also pay attention to one of them. The existing problem is whether the aerator will be blocked by sludge. A microporous aerator is used to keep the sludge in suspension in the aeration tank, allowing organic matter, activated sludge, and dissolved oxygen to fully contact and improve the degradation rate during aeration. The aerator will come into contact with sludge during the production process, and sludge sedimentation or suspended solids in sewage can cause the aerator to become clogged, such as when the microporous disc aerator is not clogged or not present. Long term operation of the aeration tank will reduce the degree of blockage of the aerator, while intermittent operation will increase the probability of aerator blockage. Therefore, when manufacturing the aerator, we add a vent pipe at its end so that when the aeration stops, the vent pipe will discharge a portion of the sludge.
