2. BIOAS-CTMS adopts a unique installation method, which can be maintained without stopping production or draining water. One end of the double-layer layout of the gas supply branch pipe is connected to the gas supply branch pipe with a quick fitting joint, and the other end is tensioned with a composite rope. The inflation and flattening of the exposure pipe can be achieved by opening and closing the valve on the gas supply branch pipe, thus achieving self-cleaning. When replacing BIOAS-CTMS, simply loosen the tension rope and the quick connector on the gas supply branch pipe, and it can be pulled out from the bottom of the pool along the stabilizing device. After replacement, it can be pulled back to its original position along the tension rope. The entire process can be completed by one operator in 15 minutes without clearing the pool body, which is convenient and fast.
The pull-out TPU hose can enhance the installation of aeration systems, which is an emerging installation method for aeration systems. Currently, it is less commonly used in large municipal engineering projects and more commonly used in small municipal sewage plants and industrial wastewater applications. In practical case applications, BIOAS-CTMS exhibits a series of advantages such as small bubbles, high oxygen utilization efficiency, uniform aeration, and low resistance.
